What happens if my payment fails?

You get a 7-day grace period. During grace, your account works normally. After 7 days, the account becomes read-only — you can still view all saved records, but new lesson plans, quizzes, and AI features are paused until billing is restored.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes — anytime, from the billing page. Stripe prorates the change automatically.

Is there a free trial?

Every plan starts with a 1-day free trial. No charge for the first 24 hours — try the lesson plan builder, Mr. Rea, and the gradebook before you commit.

What if I have more students than the plan allows?

Add the Extra student profile add-on at $5/student/month, or upgrade to the next tier — whichever fits your family better.
